Overview
The Agfa Futura Af zoom is a simple compact autofocus zoom camera made for Agfa-Gevaert AG, Leverkusen (Germany), designed for the APS 240 film format. It features a 25–50mm zoom lens, active 4-stage infrared autofocus, and a program-controlled electronic shutter with speeds from 1.5 seconds to 1/250 second. The camera supports automatic drop-in film loading, DX coding for ISO 400 film, and records PQI data. It allows selection of Classic, High Definition, and Panorama print formats, but does not support mid-roll changes. The camera automatically imprints date and time on film and includes motorized film advance and rewind.

Design
