The Realistic Nova-6 is a 2-way, 2-driver bookshelf loudspeaker system made by Realistic, the audio brand of Radio Shack/Tandy Corporation. Produced from 1976 to 1978, it was part of the Nova series and sold under catalog number 40-4019A. Marketed as "the ideal bookshelf system—compact, attractive, and efficient enough to put it way in front of other comparable systems," the Nova-6 features an acoustic suspension (sealed) enclosure with a 200mm woofer and a cone tweeter. The cabinets have an oiled walnut finish and are constructed with thick walnut wood. Designed for 8-ohm compatibility, the system handles up to 55 watts of power.
