Design
The DP-300F uses a full-auto mechanism and features a straight tonearm with static balance. The turntable is constructed from aluminum die-cast for high inertial mass, with a platter sheet approximately 5 mm thick, optimized using hologram vibration analysis for improved record holding. The head shell is also aluminum die-cast, and the unit includes a manual arm lifter. A built-in phono equalizer amplifier can be switched ON/OFF, and the cabinet is made of 4 mm thick moulded material with a glossy exterior finish.
