The Acoustic Research Limited Model 3 is a floorstanding speaker system developed as part of AR's Limited series to commemorate the company's 40th anniversary. Designed as a high-fidelity 3-way, 4-speaker system, it features an enclosure for tight, accurate bass response. The system uses a 30 cm polypropylene laminate woofer for low frequencies, dual 7.5 cm soft dome midrange drivers, and a 2.5 cm soft dome tweeter for high frequencies. Design
The 30 cm woofer features a polypropylene laminate structure and is mounted in an acoustic suspension (sealed) enclosure. The midrange uses two 7.5 cm soft dome units, and the high range uses a 2.5 cm soft dome tweeter.
